NO. Privacy is our number one concern. The only information that the buyer will see is your preference of flowers. Your address will only be known to the local flower shop that is delivering your flowers. We will not share, sell, or distribute any of your personal information such as your address.
Yes. SendMeFlowers was cofounded by a professional in cybersecurity and a data scientist. Using our expertise in the fields, we have made your privacy our first priority. We will never share or sell your personal information. Your data is protected by using the industry's best security standards.
You may if you choose to but you are not required to do anything. The thank you message that you create on your profile will be sent upon delivery of your flowers. If you’d like to, you may reach out to the buyer by message or any way you’d like to. This may generate more deliveries for you. Like a man buying a drink for a woman at a bar, the woman does not owe him anything but, a thank you is appreciated.
If you are getting a lot of orders in your queue, you can donate some of your orders to an organization such as a children's hospital, women’s shelter or convalescent home.The buyer of your flowers will be notified that their flowers were delivered as they normally would. Currently we can only do this if you have more than four orders in your queue. If you wish to donate click on the request donate button in the options and fill out the form. We will send the donation in your name so that you may receive the tax benefit.
Currently we are operating in the US. We have plans to expand globally soon which would include the following countries: Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Jordan, South Korea, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Venezuela and, Vietnam. Arrangements will vary based on geography, availability, and florists. We ask our florists to deliver a curated arrangement based on the preferred flowers the member and the selected flowers the buyer chooses. Because of this, color, size, and appearance will vary.
You may change your delivery address at any time. To ensure that you will receive your next delivery of flowers at your preferred locations. Be sure to change your delivery address at least 48 hours before they arrive.
We have added “Delivery Name” for more anonymity for our members. This is the name that our Florists will receive and those delivering your orders will see. “Full Name” is what will be seen on your public profile. If your orders are being delivered to a neutral site like a receiving area of an apartment building, PO Box, etc. be sure to notify the receiving parties that you are using an alternate name beforehand so you can receive your orders.
At the moment we do not have the capacity to block individual accounts from one another. However, upon thorough inspection, we will ban an account that violates our terms of service, privacy policy, or any law that is upheld in the state or country the parties are in. We take this very seriously and privacy and protection are our first priorities. If more action than that is needed, please seek guidance from local authorities. We will participate in any way we can to keep a safe environment for our patrons and members.
We will not promote anyone's public profile for the safety of our members and users. Please feel free to share your public profile with the link you are provided. Instagram stories and Bios, TikTok, and other social media outlets are a great way to spread awareness of your SendMeFlowers profile.
You will receive an email once your order is delivered. Once your order is placed, your order is placed into the receivers queue. The receiver will receive the order based on their delivery preferences, which is based upon how many orders they would like to receive per delivery and their delivery schedule.
